I had a problem with my Behrens can and, i wasn’t expecting much from the warranty process. It did take a couple days to get a response, which was a little annoying, but once they got back to me they were actually fair and helpful. They got it sorted without making it a big hassle, so I have to give them credit for that

The site just feels kind of outdated. Hard to find what I needed. Pages loaded slowly, and the layout was confusing in a few spots. Not the smoothest experience.

The quality seems decent for what I paid, although I think I was expecting it to feel just a little better based on the price. Delivery was also standard, not super fast but not late or frustrating. I’d probably buy from them again if there was a good sale or discount going on, but if I had to pay full price, I’d say it feels more like average value than a great deal.

I mentioned I needed something that could handle being outside, but it kind of feels like nobody actually read that. After just one rain, rust started showing up, so it definitely didn’t hold up the way I expected.

After just a few uses, mine started dripping like it had a dramatic little secret to reveal. It’s not completely useless, but i expected way better leak resistance. Disappointing overall.
